Payment Methods
Our online store offers several secure payment options. Choose the method that suits you best:
1. Cash on Delivery
Payment is made upon receipt of the package.
This payment option is available only for orders within the Republic of Croatia.
You will pay the full amount of your order when you receive the shipment.
2. Credit or Debit Card (via Stripe)
You can pay securely with your credit or debit card through Stripe Checkout, a hosted payment page managed by Stripe. Stripe enables real-time payments using all major card providers (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, etc.). We do not collect or store your card details; all payment information is handled directly by Stripe. To complete your transaction, Stripe may process limited information such as your name, email address, billing address, payment amount, and order ID.
Security: Stripe uses SSL certification and 256-bit encryption to ensure a high level of data protection during card entry and transmission.
Order processing: Your credit card will be charged only when your order is ready for shipment. You will be notified by email at every stage of the order process.
Note: When entering cardholder information, please do not use Croatian characters (č, ć, š, ž, đ).
All payment data is handled by Stripe according to their Privacy Policy and Terms
3. PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can make your payment safely through the PayPal platform. PayPal is one of the most popular online payment methods and allows for fast and secure money transfers. We do not collect or store your PayPal credentials on our website. All payment data is handled by PayPal according to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. International Orders
For international orders, payment can be made via credit card or PayPal.
5. Bank transfer to DE:VERSU (Optional)
Wire transfer is available only in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement with DE:VERSU. Customers must contact webshop@deanpelic.com to arrange this payment method.
Additional Notes
Price Errors: In case of an incorrect price displayed on the website (e.g. €0 or any wrong price), the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be offered to reorder at the correct price.
Currency: All prices displayed on the website are in euros (EUR).
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for entering accurate information (delivery address, email, contact details).
Disclaimer: The seller is not responsible for any technical issues or errors caused by third parties (banks, Stripe, PayPal).
Acceptance of Terms: By clicking the checkbox at checkout, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
