Return Policy
1. Product Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing a reason.
If multiple items were ordered, the customer may choose to return all purchased products or only some of them.
Return period: 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Return conditions:
The product must be unopened and undamaged.
Unsealed or damaged books will not be accepted for return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accompanying documents (invoice, instructions, etc.).
Return shipping cost:
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.
2. Notice of Withdrawal
The customer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
The notice can be sent via:

The notice must include the following information: customer’s full name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
The seller will confirm receipt of the notice without delay.
3. Returning the Product
The customer is deemed to have met the return deadline if the goods are sent to the seller or an authorized recipient before the 14-day period expires.
Customer responsibility for reduced product value:
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Examples:
Destroyed packaging: Returns without the original packaging or with damaged packaging reduce the refund by 10% of the paid amount.
Visible wear or damage: Refunds are reduced by 20% due to improper use.
Visible product damage: Refunds are reduced accordingly, by at least 25% of the retail price.
The customer must return the product no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal request.
4. Refunds
Once the seller receives the product and confirms that all return conditions are met, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.
The refund does not include the original delivery cost.
Products that are not in their original condition, have been used, or are damaged will not be accepted for return.
5. EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform
If an agreement cannot be reached between the seller and the customer, both parties have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:
